Swimming

Swim Beach at Meadow Park

Swim Beach at Meadow Park is the only public swimming area at Big Bear Lake, CA. This is a white sandy beach with barbecues, a picnic area, showers, and lifeguard supervision.  Season passes are offered by the Big Bear Valley Recreation and Park District. This area is on Park Avenue at the west end. There is a small charge per person (about $1-$5 depending on age).

This park is over 16 acres large with tennis courts, volleyball court, horse shoes, 2 lighted ball fields, play lot, group picnic pavilion, group picnic grove, restrooms. Available for rent: 10,000 square feet of park space and Picnic Pavilion.
